We Make Buildings Better

Building Consulting Services has over 38 years experience in architectural construction and building envelope science.

We can assist with your new building design, construction quality/building code compliance review, building failure analysis, and building envelope repair services for your buildings – from the planning and design stage, tendering of the repair work, through to the completion of construction.

For existing buildings, we perform building failure analysis reviews to determine the cause of the building failure, and to determine the appropriate required repairs. We design the required repairs, and assist through to the completion of the required repairs, reviewing the construction repair process for quality of construction and compliance with the Building Code.

We can also assist in developing annual maintenance programs for your building, so you know what maintenance to focus on, to keep your building to good functioning condition, and to protect your investment.
